Legal Issues Conference
Mississippi State University (MSU) will again host the Legal Issues Conference on the Starkville campus April 30 - May 2, 2014.
Topics will include ADA requirements and accommodations, Title IX, the Campus SAVE Act, de-escalating student crisis, Clery Act reporting, and identifying and dealing with at-risk students.

Gadke, Ph.D., NCSP, an Assistant Professor for School Psychology and Director of The Autism Clinic - School Psychology Services Center, Jeffrey C. Sun, J.D., Ph.D., an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership & Law at the University of North Dakota and a Visiting Scholar at The Ohio State University; Rachel Gettler, Staff Attorney, U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights; Katie Wolfe, Special Litigation Counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice, Disability Rights Office will serve as guest speakers; E. Samuel Winer, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Psychology at Mississippi State University; and Dr. Michael R. Nadorff, Assistant Professor of Psychology at Mississippi State University.
